Rust Preventive Oil

MAC TCPF are the blends of rust preventive material in a solvent for ease of application.

MAK TCPF 54 provides soft and thin film over the metal surface, thereby providing up to 12 months of indoor storage of the surfaces to be protected.MAK TCPF 60 develops a medium tacky film where as MAK TCPF 62 provides a touch dry film leading to indoor protection of material for a period upto 18 months.

RUSTOP 274 is a premium rust preventive oil used in final packing stage in critical applications such as in ball bearings. In addition to water displacing property, it has an additional finger print neutralizing property. Due to its superior properties, it can offer protection for extended durations when used undiluted. For inter process protection, however, it can be diluted with mineral turpentine, to cut costs. Incan also be used as a sealant for sophisticated components.

Premium quality oil film type rust preventives. They are lubricating oils containing soluble corrosion Inhibitors. RUSTOP 285 possesses moderate water displacement characteristics. RUSTOP 286 is oil type nondrying combination lubricant cum rust preventive. Suitable for internal protection of gearboxes, back axles, assemblies, oil and fuel tanks, IC engines etc.

Rustskip 210 DWF is solvent based water displacing rust preventive oil, which leaves a soft and thin oily protective film on evaporation of solvent. The thin oily film formed after the evaporation of solvent provides excellent short to medium term corrosion protection in mild acidic and high humid atmosphere during intermediate indoor and outdoor storage or transportation. Rustskip 210 DWF has excellent water displacing properties. Due to its low viscosity the product has good coverage and penetration properties. A suitable cleaning petroleum solvent or warm (50°C to 60 °C) aqueous cleaner can be used to remove the rust preventive oily film.

Gulf No Rust WXD 32 is solvent based rust preventive and leaves thick greasy film. It is specifically designed for protection of valuable components like machines, machine tools, finished components. It offers excellent protection even under severe conditions.

MAK RUSTROL 152 is oil based rust preventive fluid, which forms thin, tenacious oily film on the surface of the to be protected. The protected components can be furthered processed without the removal of this oil.
