Gear Oils

These oils are recommended for all heavy duty enclosed gear drives with circulation or splash lubrication system operating under heavy or shock load conditions, plain and antifriction bearings subjected to shock and heavy loads. The grades give dependable performance for continuous service at operating temperature upto 110°C. These oils are also suitable for spray lubrication systems requiring extreme pressure properties.

Balmerol Protomac CLP gear oils are extra high performance gear oils with excellent load carrying and extreme pressure properties. Balmerol Protomac CLP Oils are fortified with ash-less Extreme Pressure (EP) / Anti-wear additives, Anti-oxidants and Rust & Corrosion Inhibitors. Balmerol Protomac CLP gear oils have very good demulsibility properties and readily shed off water during operation.

Gulf Gear EP is a high performance gear lubricant designed to provide effective lubrication in a wide range of automotive transmissions and axle drives where API GL-4 quality oils are specified. It is formulated from high quality base stocks and balanced extreme pressure additives to provide protection to gear components against wear and scoring. It offers protection against oxidation degradation and rust & corrosion.

Gulf GEARTEK HD series are high performance extreme pressure gear oils developed for lubrication of heavy duty industrial gears working under severe operating conditions. These are blended from high quality base stocks and sulphur-phosporous type extreme pressure additive system that gives excellent load carrying capability to provide
protection against shock loading and wear. The high thermo-oxidative stability of the oil helps resist high temperature deposit formation and oil thickening. In addition, these oils also possess excellent water separation characteristics and  offer resistance to foaming. These oils exceed the performance requirements of various industry specifications viz. DIN 51517 Part 3, ISO 12925-1 Type CKD, AGMA 9005 E-02, David Brown S1.53 101(E) and US Steel 224.

HP GEAR OIL EP 75W 90 F is a multigrade gear oil made from finest quality base oils blended with extreme pressure additives for moderate condition service.
