Greases

Balmerol Liprex EP are Lithium soap based greases containing Extreme Pressure (EP) additives for enhanced load bearing capacity. These greases are formulated with high quality paraffinic base oils and are fortified with balanced Oxidation and Rust Inhibitors. Balmerol Liprex EP greases possess excellent shear stability under heavy duty service, have excellent water tolerance and are adaptable to normal grease dispensing systems including centralized lubrication systems. It meets IS: 7623-1993 (EP Type) and IPSS: 1-09-005 specification.

Balmerol Multipurpose Grease No. 2 & No. 3 are superior quality lithium base greases, having excellent thermal and structural stability along with excellent resistance to water. The combination of high quality basestock with synergistic blend of antioxidants, rust inhibitors, etc. makes the greases suited to a wide range of usage areas. Balmerol Multipurpose Grease No. 2 & No. 3 are available in NLGI 2 & 3 consistency respectively. It meets BS: 12203-1994, Reaffirmed 2004 & IS: 12203-1987 (Reaffirmed – 1993).

Balmerol Pyrolube 440 is a premium grade high performance brown coloured lubricating grease with complex lithium-calcium thickener and formulated for long term lubrication. This grease is based on a solvent refined high VI mineral oil with a highly shear stable thickening agent, carefully selected synergistic blend of additives best suited to steel mill service.

Balmerol Ropelube 1000 is semi-fluid, tacky grease specially suited for in-service lubrication of wire ropes under varying services. It contains a performance enhancing additive combination to offer protection of individual wire strands against friction, wear, and corrosion. It is highly recommended for the in-service lubrication and corrosion protection of wire ropes continuously exposed to atmosphere and for wire ropes requiring protection against varying climatic and environmental condition. It is also suitable for the Auto Tensioning Devices used in OHE of Indian Railways.

BALMEROL CCSM HT is a premium grade high temperature speciality grease. The main characteristics of this grease are attributed to its specially formulated organic base polymeric thickener in semi-synthetic base oil of high viscosity index. Balmerol CCSM HT is characterized by high dropping point, outstanding oxidation stability and excellent water repelling properties, mechanical stability, anti-wear & extreme pressure properties and unique reversible characteristics. Balmerol CCSM HT retains its consistency under severe conditions of load & water ingress resulting in lower consumption levels.

HP MULTIPURPOSE GREASE 2, 3 are premium quality multipurpose automotive greases based on lithium soap.

HP LITHON RR 3 is a premium quality lithium base multipurpose grease
Meets AARM – 942 ( Modified ), IS 7623 : 1993 (Re-affirmed 2006) specification and WD – 17 of Indian Railways. Recommended for use in antifriction bearings of railway axle boxes, heavy duty wheel bearings of road transport vehicles, diesel/elecric locomotive roller bearings, construction machinery, cranes, blowers and electric motors.

MAK Hitemp Xtra Grease is a premium quality clay thickened non-soap base smooth structured grease formulated using superior quality mineral base oil and high performance additives. MAK Hitemp Xtra Grease is characterised by a very high dropping point, outstanding oxidation stability, and excellent water resistance property. It also offers good protection against rust and corrosion. The grease is fortified with 3% molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) as solid lubricant for protection of moving parts under severe shock load.

MAK Lanthax EP Grease is a premium quality lithium based grease containing extreme pressure additives. It is formulated with high quality mineral base oils and lithium
soap thickener. This grease is suitable for situations warranting the use of extreme pressure grease. MAK Lanthax EP Grease is designed to handle the most severe

Balmerol DRI-LUBE ‘0’ (M) is a Lithium Complex soap base grease designed for lubrication of open gears operating in adverse conditions. Usage of superior variety of anti-wear and extreme pressure additive package ensures extended life of open gears subject to moderately high loads, shock loads, extreme ambient temperatures and very dusty environment. The additive package used takes into consideration flowability requirements for adequate picking up with the gear teeth in dip lubrication system.
